Preparation Steps

Boil:Ā Combine the chayote, lemon, garlic, and water in a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat forĀ 10 minutes.

Strain:Ā Pour the mixture through a strainer and serve the warm liquid in a cup.
