Weight Loss Salad with Fruit and Yogurt Combination
Ingredients:
Lettuce: 2 plants
Cherry tomatoes: 0.3 kg
Kiwi: 2 fruits
Cantaloupe: 0.3 kg
Unsweetened yogurt: 1 box
How to prepare:
Wash lettuce, drain, and cut into small pieces.
Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Peel kiwi and cantaloupe, cut into bite-sized pieces.
Put lettuce, cherry tomatoes, kiwi, and cantaloupe in a bowl. Add yogurt, mix well, and enjoy immediately.
