Ginger Glow Anti-Wrinkle Cream

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger (organic preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon pure aloe vera gel (fresh or store-bought)
  • 5 drops vitamin E oil (or contents of 1 capsule)
  • Optional: 2 drops lavender or frankincense essential oil (for added skin-calming benefits)

🔪 INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: Prepare the Ginger Base

  1. Peel and finely grate fresh ginger until you have 1 tablespoon.
  2. Place the grated ginger in a clean muslin cloth or cheesecloth and squeeze to extract the juice. You should get about 1 teaspoon of potent ginger juice.
  3. Discard the pulp and set the juice aside.

Step 2: Blend the Cream

  1. In a small glass bowl, combine coconut oil and aloe vera gel. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add raw honey and mix thoroughly.
  3. Stir in the ginger juice and vitamin E oil.
  4. If using essential oils, add them now and blend gently.
  5. Mix until the texture is creamy and uniform. You can use a small whisk or spoon.

Step 3: Store

  1. Transfer the cream into a sterilized glass jar with a lid.
  2. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days (due to the fresh ginger content).
  3. For longer shelf life, freeze in small portions and thaw as needed.
