2 boxes (14 oz total) of heavy cream
1 ¼ cups filtered water (10 oz) – (300 ml)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large pearl pineapple, chopped
2 packets (3.4 oz each) of pineapple-flavored gelatin
Instructions
Begin by chopping the fresh pineapple into small, bite-sized pieces and setting it aside. In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. In a separate bowl, dissolve the pineapple-flavored gelatin in the warm sugar water, stirring until fully blended.
In a large mixing bowl, pour in the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk. Stir gently to combine until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
