Method 1 – Guava Leaf Mouth Rinse

- Wash 8–10 fresh guava leaves thoroughly.
- Boil them in 1–2 cups of water for 5–7 minutes.
- Strain the liquid and let it cool to a lukewarm temperature.
- Use this as a mouth rinse twice daily to help reduce bacteria and soothe gums.
