Ingredients:
1 peeled lemon
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
1 garlic bulb
1 onion
1 liter filtered water
2 tablespoons turmeric powder
1 tablespoon raw honey
Instructions:
In a pot, add water, ginger, garlic, onion, and baking soda.
Bring to a boil. Once boiling, stir in turmeric.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, cool slightly.
Add lemon juice and honey. Stir well.
How to Use:
Drink 2 tablespoons each morning on an empty stomach.
By Day 3, many report feeling lighter, more energetic, and less bloated.
