Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients:
Wash and slice the ginger and lemon. Peel the garlic cloves.
- Blend the mixture:
Add ginger, garlic, and lemon slices to a blender. Pour in the water and blend until smooth.
- Boil the mixture:

- Store properly:
Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake well before each use.
- How to use:
Drink 1 tablespoon of this mixture every morning before breakfast and one before bed.
