INSTRUCTION:
Step 1: Prepare the Foot Soak
- Fill a basin with warm water deep enough to cover your feet.
- Add baking soda, salt, oil, and essential oils. Stir until dissolved.

- Soak your feet for 15–20 minutes. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and relax.
Step 2: Exfoliate and Scrub
- After soaking, pat feet dry slightly but keep them damp.
- Mix the scrub ingredients into a paste.
- Apply the scrub to feet, focusing on heels, soles, and rough areas.

- Use a pumice stone or foot file to gently buff away dead skin.
- Rinse feet with clean warm water and pat dry with a towel.
Step 3: Nail and Cuticle Care (Optional)
- Trim nails straight across to prevent ingrown toenails.
- Push back cuticles gently using a cuticle pusher.
- Clean under nails and shape as desired.
Step 4: Moisturize and Seal
- Apply a generous amount of moisturizer or shea butter to feet.
