Cherry Cheesecake

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
Make the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
