Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Step 2: Prepare the Cauliflower
Wash and dry the cauliflower.
Cut into evenly sized florets.
Step 3: Coat the Cauliflower
Toss florets in olive oil.
In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan (if using), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle the mixture over the cauliflower and toss well.
Press the coating gently onto the florets.
Step 4: Arrange on the Baking Sheet
Spread cauliflower in a single layer without overcrowding.
Step 5: Roast
Roast for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through.
Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
Step 6: Make the Dipping Sauce (Optional)
Mix all dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Adjust seasoning and chill until serving.
Step 7: Serve
Let the cauliflower cool slightly.
Serve warm with or without dipping sauce.
