Roasting
- Dry roast the almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, oats, sunflower seeds, fennel seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and poppy seeds in a pan on low heat for about 5–7 minutes until they release a nutty aroma.
- Let them cool completely.
Collagen Powder
- In a dry blender or food processor, grind the roasted ingredients into a fine powder.
- Add the dried amla powder, rose petals powder, beetroot powder and moringa powder to the blender. Pulse again to mix everything evenly.
Storage
- Transfer the powder to an airtight glass jar.
- Store in a cool and dry place for up to 2 – 3 months.
How to Use
- Morning Drink: Mix 1 tablespoon of the collagen powder with 1 teaspoon of organic honey in a cup of warm water. Stir well until fully dissolved and drink on an empty stomach.
- Add 1–2 tablespoons to warm milk, smoothies, or yogurt.
- Sprinkle over oatmeal, porridge, or desserts.
- Mix with honey or ghee for a natural energy booster.
