How to prepare:
- First, you need to prepare flaxseed gel.
- So for that, pour 2 cups of water in a ladle and add 4 tablespoons of flaxseed powder to it. Bring the flaxseed water to a boil.
- Turn off the flame when white frothy gel-like liquid forms. Strain the flaxseed gel using a thin muslin cloth.
- Add a few drops of tea tree ice cubes and pour the gel into an ice tray. Freeze them for a couple of hours to turn them into ice cubes.
Method 2 – Flaxseed ice cubes for Dry Skin
You will need:
- Aloe vera Gel – 4 tablespoons
- Flaxseed powder – 2 teaspoons
- 1 cup of water
- Ice tray
How to prepare:
- Add 2 teaspoons of flaxseed powder to a cup of water and bring it to a boil. Turn off the flame after 5 minutes and add aloe vera gel to the flaxseed water.
- Pour the aloe vera flaxseed mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze them for 4 hours. (You can add 1 teaspoon of vitamin e oil to the mixture if you have dry skin).
Method 3 – Flaxseed ice cubes for Oily Skin
You will need:
- Multani mitti – 2 teaspoons
- Fine Flaxseed powder – 2 teaspoons
- 1 cup of water
- Ice tray
How to prepare:
- Add 2 teaspoons of fine flaxseed powder and 2 teaspoons of multani mitti to a cup of water.
- Mix the flaxseed solution well, pour it into an ice cube tray, and freeze them for 4 hours.
