How to Use Bay Leaves for Joint Relief
1. Bay Leaf Compress
Ingredients:
- 5–7 fresh or dried bay leaves
- 2 cups of water
- A clean cloth or bandage
Instructions:
- Boil the bay leaves in water for 10 minutes.
- Let the liquid cool to a comfortable temperature.
- Soak a clean cloth or bandage in the bay leaf infusion.
- Apply the cloth to the affected joint and secure it in place.
- Leave it on for 20–30 minutes.

2. Bay Leaf Massage Oil
Ingredients:
- 10–15 dried bay leaves
- 1 cup of olive oil or coconut oil
Instructions:
- Crush the bay leaves and place them in a glass jar.
- Pour the oil over the leaves, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Seal the jar and store it in a warm, dark place for 2 weeks.
- Strain the oil and use it to massage the affected joints daily.
