Step-by-step preparation
1. Crush the garlic: Peel the garlic cloves and mash them into a paste.
2. Mix with cloves: Add the cloves to the garlic paste.
3. Add the oil: Place the mixture in a clean glass jar and cover it with the cup of oil (olive or coconut).
4. Let it sit: Seal the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dark place for at least 7 days.
5. Strain and store: After a week, strain the oil and keep it in an airtight container.
How to use it
Apply the oil to the affected areas with a gentle circular massage, always moving upward (from ankles to knees).
Do this massage twice a day, preferably in the morning and before bedtime.
For better results, cover the area with a cotton cloth for 30 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
