Peel and finely grate fresh ginger until you have 1 tablespoon.
Place the grated ginger in a clean muslin cloth or cheesecloth and squeeze to extract the juice. You should get about 1 teaspoon of potent ginger juice.
Discard the pulp and set the juice aside.
Step 2: Blend the Cream
In a small glass bowl, combine coconut oil and aloe vera gel. Stir until smooth.
Add raw honey and mix thoroughly.
Stir in the ginger juice and vitamin E oil.
If using essential oils, add them now and blend gently.
Mix until the texture is creamy and uniform. You can use a small whisk or spoon.
Step 3: Store
Transfer the cream into a sterilized glass jar with a lid.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days (due to the fresh ginger content).
For longer shelf life, freeze in small portions and thaw as needed.
