For the nut-chocolate base:
π₯ 4 eggs
π 100 g sugar
π§ 1 pinch of salt
π° 150 g ground hazelnuts or almonds
π« 50 g dark chocolate, grated or finely chopped
πΎ 2 tbsp flour
π₯ 1 tsp baking powder
For the mascarpone cream:
π§ 250 g mascarpone
π¦ 250 g heavy cream (whipping cream)
π¬ 80 g powdered sugar
π 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
π Optional: a little lemon zest
For the raspberry topping:
π 300β400 g fresh or frozen raspberries
π¬ 2 tbsp sugar
π₯ 1 packet of clear cake glaze (or 2 tsp cornstarch)
π§ 200 ml water or juice (e.g. raspberry juice)
For decoration (optional):
π« Chocolate shavings
πΏ Fresh mint
