1 packet fruit pectin (1.75 oz)

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prep the Fruit
Rinse cranberries and strawberries. Place in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped but not pureed.

2. Cook the Jam
In a large pot, combine cranberries, strawberries, orange juice, lemon juice, and spices. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring often.

3. Add Pectin and Sugar
Stir in pectin and return to a boil. Add sugar gradually, stirring constantly until fully dissolved. Boil hard for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
