Homemade Crepes

Ingredients:

1 cup milk

1 cup flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon oil
Vanilla essence
Pinch of salt

Steps:

Step 1: Mix the milk, egg, vanilla, sugar, and oil in a bowl. Beat well.

Step 2: Sift the flour and salt into another bowl.

Step 3: Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture and beat until smooth.

Step 4: Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 5: Heat a pan with a little oil and pour the mixture in until the bottom is covered.

Step 6: When the crepe comes out easily, turn it over to brown the other side.

Step 7: Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.

Step 8: Fill with dulce de leche, jam, cream, etc.
