My 7-Day Aloe Vera Hair Challenge
Day 1
I started with freshly washed hair and applied raw aloe vera gel directly to my scalp and hair. I massaged it in for 5–10 minutes and left it for 30 minutes before rinsing. My scalp instantly felt cooler and less itchy.
Day 2–3
I continued with the same routine, this time focusing more on the ends of my hair. I noticed my strands started feeling softer and more manageable. Usually, I deal with frizz — but by Day 3, my hair was already tamer.
Day 4–5
The shine started to kick in. My hair looked glossier, and I didn’t need to use any conditioner. The biggest surprise? My usual post-shower hair fall was visibly reduced.
Day 6
I mixed a little bit of coconut oil with aloe vera for extra nourishment. My scalp felt incredibly calm and clean, with no flakiness in sight. My curls even looked more defined.
Day 7
By the end of the week, my hair felt completely different — smoother, stronger, and healthier. The natural bounce had returned, and there was barely any breakage when I brushed.
