🍵 How to Prepare the Tea
Wash all the leaves thoroughly under running water.
Cut the mango leaves into small pieces to release more nutrients.
In a saucepan with a lid, add:
6 chopped mango leaves
4 bay leaves
4 soursop leaves
3 cups of clean water
Cover and bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let the tea steep for another 5 minutes.
Strain the mixture into a cup or glass jar.
