Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400F.
Scrub and wash the potatoes.

Dry them off with a kitchen cloth or paper towel.
Stab the potatoes multiple times with a fork so that the heat can get in and steam can escape.

Brush the potatoes with oil and season as desired.
Place the potatoes on the air fryer basket or tray (depending on your model) and cook for 45-50 minutes.

When they are done cooking, remove from the air fryer, cut open and add a nob of butter if desired before serving.

Recipe Tips
If you would like an even crispier skin, increase the cooking time to 55-60 minutes.
For an extra flavourful experience, add some herbs or cheese over your potatoes before air frying them.
If you would like a softer skin, cook for 40-45 minutes.
Make sure to brush the potatoes with oil before air frying them as this helps create that perfectly crisp and golden skin.
