Ingredients
For the Cake Roll:
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup milk (whole preferred)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Powdered sugar (for dusting towel)
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup diced fresh strawberries (or chopped thawed frozen)
For the Strawberry Glaze & Topping:
- ¾ cup whipped topping or frosting of choice
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers or vanilla cookies
- Optional: caramel drizzle, freeze-dried strawberries, mint
