garlic & Olive Oil Massage

Ingredients

3–4 raw garlic cloves

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (or almond oil)

Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
Preparation

Crush the garlic thoroughly.

Mix with olive oil and lemon juice (if using).

Let the mixture rest in a sealed container for at least 12 hours.
How to Use
Apply a small amount to the affected area and massage gently in upward circular motions (from ankle toward thigh). Leave on for about 30 minutes, then rinse. Use 3–4 times per week.
