🍽️ Instructions:

  1. Clean the seed:
    • After scooping out the avocado, remove any flesh from the seed.
    • Rinse it well under water.
  2. Dry the seed:
    • Let it air dry for 1–3 days OR
    • Bake in the oven at 120°C (250°F) for about 2 hours to dry and soften it.
  3. Peel off the skin (optional):
    • Once dry, you can peel the thin brown outer layer off the seed if you like.
  4. Cut and blend:
    • Carefully cut the seed into smaller pieces (it’s very hard, so use a heavy knife).
    • Blend the pieces in a high-powered blender or food processor until you get a powder. You can also use a spice grinder.
  5. Store:
    • Keep the powder in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place for up to a month.

🍵 How to Use It:

  • Add 1 tsp to your smoothies or juices
  • Sprinkle on oatmeal or yogurt
  • Mix into baking (muffins, energy balls, etc.)
  • Brew as avocado seed tea: steep 1 tsp in hot water for 5–10 minutes
