3. Rice Water + Onion Juice (for Hair Loss)
Ingredients:
- ½ cup rice
- 2–3 cups water
- 2 tbsp fresh onion juice (strain it well!)
Method:
- Soak rice and prepare rice water.
- Mix in fresh onion juice.
- Apply to the scalp, massage gently, leave on for 15–20 mins, then rinse thoroughly.

4. Rice Water + Castor Oil (for Thick Hair)
Ingredients:
- ½ cup rice
- 2–3 cups water
- 1 tsp castor oil
Method:
- Make rice water using the soaking or fermenting method.
- Add castor oil and mix (shake well before use).
- Apply to roots and strands. Leave for 30 minsas a mask.
