3. Rice Water + Onion Juice (for Hair Loss)

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rice
  • 2–3 cups water
  • 2 tbsp fresh onion juice (strain it well!)

Method:

  1. Soak rice and prepare rice water.
  2. Mix in fresh onion juice.
  3. Apply to the scalp, massage gently, leave on for 15–20 mins, then rinse thoroughly.

Ingredients:
