Instructions
1. Prepare the ribs
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Cut the ribs into portions (2–3 ribs per piece) and season lightly with black pepper.
2. Bake the ribs
Place the ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2 to 2.5 hours, until tender.
3. Make the glaze
While ribs bake, combine honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, vinegar, and sesame oil in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring, until slightly thickened.
4. Coat and broil
Remove ribs from oven, discard foil.
Brush generously with glaze.
Broil for 3–5 minutes until caramelized (watch carefully to avoid burning).
5. Serve and garnish
Brush with extra glaze if desired.
Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve warm.
Tips for Success
Extra tender: Parboil ribs for 10 minutes before baking.
Grill option: Finish ribs on the grill after baking instead of broiling.
Storage: Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven or microwave.
