Strawberry Cream Recipe
Preparation:
Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, and cream cheese (if using) until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the previous mixture, using a spatula and a folding motion to avoid deflating the mixture.
Serve over the strawberries or combine everything in a bowl.
You can refrigerate for a few minutes before serving to allow it to chill and firm up.
Extra tip:
Add some lemon or orange zest for a delicious citrus touch.
