🥣 Directions – How to Make Sugar-Free Condensed Milk

Step 1: Heat the Milk

  • Pour 2 cups of milk into a heavy-bottom saucepan.

  • Turn heat to medium and let it warm up (don’t boil).

Step 2: Add Sweetener

  • Mix until completely dissolved.

Step 3: Simmer Slowly

  • Reduce the heat to low and let the milk simmer gently.

  • Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Step 4: Finish with Butter

  • Remove from heat and stir in 2 tbsp unsalted butter.

  • Mix well until silky smooth.

Step 5: Cool & Store

  • Let it cool completely.

  • Transfer to a clean glass jar.

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
