Directions – How to Make Sugar-Free Condensed Milk
Step 1: Heat the Milk

Pour 2 cups of milk into a heavy-bottom saucepan.

Turn heat to medium and let it warm up (don’t boil).
Step 2: Add Sweetener

Stir in ½ cup of your sugar substitute.

Mix until completely dissolved.
Step 3: Simmer Slowly

Reduce the heat to low and let the milk simmer gently.

Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Allow it to cook for 30–40 minutes, or until the mixture reduces by about half and thickens to a syrupy texture.
Step 4: Finish with Butter

Remove from heat and stir in 2 tbsp unsalted butter.

Mix well until silky smooth.
Step 5: Cool & Store

Let it cool completely.

Transfer to a clean glass jar.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
