Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients except butter and sift 1-2 times.
2. Pour into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and poke a few holes with a toothpick.
3 After the water boils, steam for about 15-20 minutes (Use a toothpick to poke the center of the batter, if no wet batter comes out, it is fully steamed)
4. While hot, add butter and knead until all butter is absorbed.
5. Transfer to an clean surface and knead the dough until it becomes stringy.
6. Add food coloring (optional)
7. Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll each one out thin and flat. Spoon on whipped cream and jam, then pinch the edges closed and trim any extra dough.
