Instructions
Wash and Peel: Wash the beetroots thoroughly to remove any dirt. Peel them and cut into small pieces for easier juicing.
Juice the Beets: If you have a juicer, simply feed in the beet pieces. If not, you can use a blender with a little water to help blend. Then strain to separate the juice from the pulp.
Add Lemon and Honey: Add the juice of one lemon and honey to taste. This not only improves the flavor but also adds antioxidant benefits.
Serve: Pour the juice into a glass and drink it fresh. Ideally, consume it at night to maximize its regenerative effects.
