This is how a cake will never go wrong again

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Grease a cake pan and dust it with flour.

In a blender, add:

eggs

sugar

milk

oil

vanilla extract
Blend for 1–2 minutes until well combined.

Gradually add the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt. Blend in short pulses or on low speed until just combined (do not overmix to keep the texture fluffy).

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let cool, remove from the pan, and enjoy!
