Directions:
Heat the water or milk without boiling.
Gradually add the gelatin, stirring constantly until completely dissolved.
Add the turmeric and ginger and mix well.
Sweeten with honey and add chia seeds if desired.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours until it turns into a gelatinous consistency.
