Chicken Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener (or 1 tablespoon honey)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  • In a shallow bowl or container, combine olive oil, monk fruit sweetener (or honey), low-sodium soy sauce, garlic, and lime juice. Stir until well mixed.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your outdoor grill to high heat.
  • Lightly oil the grill grate to prevent sticking.
  • Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and discard the marinade.
