 Recipe 1: Bay Leaf & Lemon Tea
Ingredients
- 3 fresh or dried bay leaves
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
Preparation
- Boil water in a small pot.
- Add bay leaves and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let steep for another 2 minutes.
- Strain into a cup, then add lemon juice and honey.
- Drink warm, 2 times a day.
