SLIDE 7 | When Should You See a Doctor?
See a healthcare professional if the lump:
Grows quickly
Becomes significantly painful
Causes numbness or tingling
Causes weakness in the hand
Limits wrist or finger movement
Appears after an injury
Becomes red or warm
Because not every lump on the wrist is a ganglion cyst.

SLIDE 8 | THE TAKEAWAY
Finding a lump on your wrist does not necessarily mean you have a serious tumor.
It may be a common, benign ganglion cyst that does not require any treatment.
But remember:
Don’t try to drain or pop it yourself.
Have a new, painful, or changing lump evaluated.
The correct diagnosis helps determine the right treatment.
