Baked Onion Beef Fried Rice with Veggies

Cook Ground Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.
Sauté Onion and Garlic: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is softened and translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add Mixed Vegetables: Stir in the mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn) and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly softened.
Add Rice and Sauces: Add the cooked rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps with a spatula. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, ensuring everything is well combined.
Season: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
