1 small red onion, sliced
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
