🧴 How to Make Aloe Vera Hair Oil at Home
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons fresh aloe vera gel (or store-bought pure gel)
1/2 cup coconut oil (base oil for nourishment)
2 tablespoons castor oil (thickens and strengthens hair)
1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds (optional – for dandruff and growth)
A few drops of rosemary or lavender essential oil (optional – for aroma and stimulation)
Instructions:
Extract aloe vera gel from a fresh leaf and blend to smooth.
In a pan, add coconut oil, castor oil, and aloe gel.
Add fenugreek seeds if using.
Heat the mixture on low flame for 5–10 minutes until the aloe particles change color slightly.
Turn off the heat and let it cool completely.
Strain the oil into a clean glass bottle.
Add a few drops of essential oil if desired. Store in a cool, dark place.
