1 tbsp olive oil
For the Glaze:
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp black pepper
Optional: ½ tsp chili flakes for heat
